Urinal Sanitising Service
WCs and urinals particularly in heavy traffic washrooms and hard water areas such as Kent and the south east of England can suffer from significant build ups of lime and uric acid encrustations with the associated bacteria which lead up to the typical toilet smells. Even with the most fastidious daily cleaning programmes there is often 24 hours between cleaning during which time these build ups can occur.
VR Sani Co Ltd has an automatic dosing system which they believe offer significant protection against this.
The automatic sanitiser provides a hygienic and continuous maintenance programme for WCs and urinals and is the ideal addition to a well cared for washroom.
The sanitiser is normally installed into your cistern tank and actively attacks hard water and mineral deposits in pipes, drains and septic tanks.
The sanitiser unit provides continuous cleaning of all surfaces exposed to flushing and reduces and prevents scale and stains from forming. Its germ killing properties also stops germs from breeding.
The sanitiser refill is orange scented and the unit eliminates odours at the source to get rid of bad smells whilst lightly perfuming the washroom environment. The solution is a safe formulation with 100% compliance with EC regulations. The environmentally friendly product is based on enzymes that are harmless once released into the water chain.
Our sanistisers can be electronically linked to our water management system to provide optimum results in cleanliness and maintenance whilst facilitating significant savings in water costs.
The sanitiser is a serviced item and available in white or chrome to compliment your washroom.
Air Freshening Service
Air freshening is an important aspect of modern day washroom care and we provide for this with a choice of systems, a range of fragrances, and a variety of settings to meet most requirements. The systems are available on regular service or as a direct sale item.
Soap Dispensers
This modern and attractive push button dispenser provides a positive solution to hand washing requirements. The dispenser holds 1 litre refill sachets or can also operate on a bulk fill system. There is a choice of quality hand cleansers available to suit most situations. The dispenser can be attached to the wall, tiles or mirrors, using adhesive pads or with wall plugs and screws as appropriate.
The system can be provided as a direct sale item or as a regularly serviced item. Service is available on a 2 weekly or 4 weekly service to suit your specific needs.
