Environmentally/Customer Friendly Routing System

Here at VR Sani-Co Ltd we try at all times to do our best for the environment as well as for our customers. Our customer service routing system is one concept that we as a company have used for many years and seems to be the ideal system for keeping our customers happy as well as trying to minimise fuel consumption, which in turn benefits the environment.

We have hundreds of sanitary bin customers across Kent, Sussex and London and service 90% of them on a 4 weekly basis. We use 4 weekly servicing rather than monthly servicing mainly to benefit our customers. On a 4 weekly basis our customers can expect us on the same day around the same time every 4 weeks so can be ready for our services, this means that services aren't missed due to premises not been open or no one being available. An additional benefit of 4 weekly servicing is the extra service per year our customers receive, instead of the monthly, 12 services a year VR Sani-Co's customers receive 13 visits per annum or 26 visits if on a fortnightly service.

We also organise our routes in such a way that we are regularly close to the various different locations if call outs are required, there are very few areas that we do not cover/pass weekly on route. In this way we can cater for emergency call outs to sanitary or nappy bins (often because the bins have had waste put in them for which they were not intended), without travelling further afield than needs be, again saving on fuel costs as well as on the environment.

Routes are continuously monitored, as new sanitary or nappy bin customers are secured, to ensure that they are as efficient as possible.
