To help comply with current legislation we offer a feminine hygiene disposal service throughout Kent, London, Surrey and East and West Sussex.

We provide this service contract free as we believe we can retain our business through competitive pricing and a high quality of service.

As standard, we would recommend sanitary bins on a 4 weekly service schedule (13 visits per year) but we do provide a more frequent service for higher traffic washrooms. This can be upgraded to a 2 weekly or a weekly service.

With our sanitary bins, we carry out a liner exchange service. This means that a 22 litre feminine disposal unit is installed into the cubicle in the washroom. Our fully trained service operative would then call on the schedule outlined normally every 4 weeks.

On the service call, the operative removes all the waste contained in the sanitary bin, replaces the bin liner and adds a specifically formulated sanitary bin chemical designed to eliminate odours and kill bacteria. This chemical is activated when sanitary waste is placed into the feminine hygiene disposal unit. The sanitary bin is then fully sanitised and cleaned using a hospital standard anti-bacterial cleaner. The sanitary bin remains on site at all times. This enables us to provide a very discreet service with no sanitary bins being carried through our customers' premises on service visits

Additionally a smaller size of sanitary bin (14 litre) is available to cater for smaller washroom cubicles where space is an issue.

We also offer a premium service with both an automatic opening sanitary bin (no touch) and/or a chrome finish sanitary bin.

All waste collected from sanitary bins is then taken to a sustainable waste management site in London and incinerated to help generate electricity.

We do not landfill any waste and we are registered with the Environment Agency as Carriers of Controlled Waste.

We provide a signed service sheet at each visit and all Duty of Care paperwork is provided free of charge

The hygiene bag dispenser system is designed to provide a convient, safe and clean method of disposing of sanitary waste where sanitary provision is not provided or alternatively into a sanitary disposal bin. The compact and discreet dispenser is wall mounted and gives a “caring “ image by the provider.

The hygiene bag dispenser comes in two different finishes, white and chrome both designed to match most washroom decors. It is easily installed with double sided adhesive pads which are provided and is easily wiped clean once in position.

The white gusseted poly hygiene bags are then removed from the dispenser as required by the user. Each refill pack contains a market leading 50 hygiene bags per pack making them very cost effective compared with other hygiene bag systems available.

Bulk discounts of the hygiene bag dispenser and the hygiene bag refill packs are available on request.

VR Sani-Co Ltd provides washroom vending machines on service into commercial washrooms.

We provide two types of machines. A dual column sanitary vending machine dispensing sanitary towels in one column and sanitary tampons in the other. We also provide single column condom vending machine although machine providing a mixture of these three products are available on request.

All our machines are manufactured to the highest of standards and are extremely robust and reliable. They are of all steel construction with a white or chrome finish to suit your washroom décor.

The vending machines are installed by us and then serviced on a 4 weekly service schedule with the operative restocking the machine and making sure the machine is in full working order each service visit.
